Delivery Policy

Our website intelligently works out the available options for delivery of your goods. There will normally be several options for you to choose from covering a range of prices and delivery speeds.

The prices displayed for delivery are shown including VAT by default. If you supply a delivery address, or login to your website account, the prices will reflect VAT if you are in the UK, otherwise they will be displayed without VAT.

We use Royal Mail's various national and international services, as well as Courier services from UPS and DHL (Globally) and DPD (in the UK only).

Please also note if ordering from outside the UK you may be subject to your countries import fees/taxes. Check with your local authorities for clarification on what these may be.

Please note: For shipments using DHL courier, as of September 1st 2023, any shipments being refused by the customer or returned back to us that have had import fees pre-paid by DHL, those fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the returned goods value prior to being refunded.

Delivery Schedule

We usually ship all orders the same day (Monday to Friday), subject to the order being received by us before 3pm (and sometimes later!).

Please bear in mind that Monday is the busiest day of the week, so while we try to process all orders as fast as possible, there can be occasional delays on Mondays if ordering a little later in the day, due to the volume of orders from the weekend being processed first. Next Working Day Courier Delivery

Our website offers a courier delivery service which aims to deliver on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Please note that couriers do not guarantee that they will deliver the next day, but they do aim for that to be their service level, and a very high percentage of those deliveries are delivered the next working day.

In the event that a delay occurs with this service, we are unable to make a claim for courier delivery charges and are therefore not able to refund that charge.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Free Shipping Exclusions

We offer Free shipping to mainland UK addresses on orders over £100.

The following exclusions apply:

Second Hand items do not count towards the order total.
