If you have subscribed to our weekly newsletter, but you aren't receiving this newsletter each week, sent on a Thursday evening, there might be something stopping you from receiving it.

This only applies to those who have checked their spam folder in case the email got through but was incorrectly filtered into spam.

There are a small number of our customers using an email address which is handled by Virgin Media, including blueyonder, ntlworld, virgin and virginmedia email addresses.

All the technical settings we can put in place to ensure email deliverability are already in place, so the only thing left is for those affected customers to add our email address to their safe senders list to try and get these emails allowed through the system.

If you haven't added our email address, and you are subscribed to our newsletter but don't receive it, try adding sales@midheli.co.uk to your safe senders list in your email program to see if that helps.
