Advanced X Frame (RED) - BLADE NANO S2 (MH-NAS2105X)
The Advanced X Frame is specifically designed for improvements in rigidity, stability, durability and overall performance on the BLADE NANO S2 helicopter.
The new upgrade product is an incredibly strong and virtually indestructible frame from the perfect combination of Aluminium, Carbon Fibre and Delrin material to form the best rigid block, to bring long-term durability and the best technical features; without any issue with bend, vibe or wag during flight. It is directly replaced the stock plastic frame.
The Advanced X Frame is designed to optimize our designs. The new design gives you the easy servo assembly installation and removal ever, without the fuss and bother; provides a rigid platform and firm hold of tail boom with the frame; significantly reduces tail vibe or tail wag during flight; is able to utilize extra option for brushless motor.
More than that, the Advanced X Frame can be set up in 2 configurations:
Configuration 1: Stock Swashplate + Stock Linear Servos
The Servo is arranged like the stock configuration. In this regard, you can utilize the stock swashplate with anti-rotation pin on the left of the frame and white plastic anti-rotation guide. With this configuration, you will save cost without needing to buy extra Microheli swashplate. However, performance of the flight is not much better than the stock at all. The stock swashplate is easy to be skewed left or right when taking cyclic order to make the helicopter forward and backward.
Configuration 2: Microheli Swashplate + Stock Linear Servos
Anti-rotation guide is installed behind the frame with anti-rotation pin which is on the same flat surface with ball linkage plate, combining with Microheli swashplate. The Microheli swashplate will go around centre ball not to be skewed at all when taking cyclic order left or right, forward or backward. Cyclic servo is turned towards the inner side of the frame and you must utilize three straight linkages to ensure precision and synchronism when the swashplate moves to cyclic order given. Motor mount allows you to replace pinion and adjust distance of centre pinion and main gear easily. The Advanced X Frame is technically re-engineered the third extra ball bearing between two main ball bearings of main shaft to significantly increase in main shaft rigidity and ball bearing system durability of the frame. Mainboard is kept absolute firmly on the frame with O-Rings to reduce unreal vibes transmitting to gyro during flight. Canopy mount design gives you the easy replacement in case of crash. The Aluminium Motor Mount is only designed to dissipate and prevent the stock motor overheating (to no effect to upgrade motor).
