The XGuard Drop-in replacement for FUTABA RPM Sensor with ESD protection and Power Buffering is the most advanced RPM sensor to date.

This particular one is compatible with the Futaba pulses so it can be used with the CGY series of FBL units exactly as the Futaba sensor is used.

We recently discovered that in some cases the rotating elements passing near an RPM sensor can generate Electro Static Discharges (ESD). These have the risk of confusing or even damaging your receiver/fbl unit. The manufacturers of sensors also require that the power feeding the sensor be buffered next to the sensor to prevent false pulse signals. Based on these requirements we developed the first RPM Sensor with electrostatic discharge protection and power buffering at the sensor.

This sensor provides the cleanest and most precise RPM pulse to date.
